I arrived at noon wanting an oil/filter change and was told it would be 2 hours as there were already 7 oil/filter changes ahead of me. Vikki said I would have to stay and wait if I didn’t have an appointment. I made an appointment for an oil and filter change for 1:30 and left to run errands. I came back at 1:15 and clarified that I did Not want my tires rotated. I was told it would be ready around 2:15. At 2:40 I asked another Service Adviser about Vikki and my car. He said she was at lunch. At 2:50 he told me my car would be ready in “20 minutes”. It wasn’t until 3;35 that I was able to leave.

Way too long. Almost 4 hours for an oil change and software update with an appointment. The last 15 minutes my truck was in the drive, when I asked, they said my service advisor was at lunch I guess no one was covering for him until I complained.

My vehicle was towed in on a Thursday for a warranty issue: Fuel Pump Control module failure. I wasn’t notified that my vehicle arrived, so I called and spoke with the Service Advisor, James. I was told that I would get a text by the end of the day or on Friday to advise status, that never happened. I was also told that my vehicle may not be diagnosed until Monday. I went without my vehicle all weekend and no update. I texted James on Monday morning and he let me know the Technician would diagnose that morning and let me know. Ultimately, the vehicle was repaired that day.

Love our new truck - was disappointed that it did not have side mirrors that would not fold in, also it did not have program remote on the rear-view mirror to program my garage door and subdivision gate. As much as this truck cost and all the amenities on the truck not sure why your team neglected to have the above items. We did not realize the truck did not have these amenities. If we would have known, we would not have purchased the truck. We would have kept our GMC Sierra.

I went in for the full-Service oil change, which is supposed to include a multi-point inspection. On my way home, I got a notification that I was low on Window-washer fluid. I was shocked. I bought some washer fluid at Auto-Zone, and when I got home, I found that the cap to my washer fluid container was not on. Very disappointing that DeMontrond Buick/GMC Service Department would overlook such a thing. It is worrisome to think of what other areas they might be careless about.

I had a pleasant time at the dealership and I feel like I got a good price for a good truck. The only two issues I had were with my salesperson. I asked him if the truck had the offroad suspension package and he replied yes it does. However, I learned it did not (X31). Later that evening upon doing my research I learned it would have the x31 badge if it did, but this truck just had the 4x4 badge. I still ended up purchasing the truck, but I was a little thrown off by that.

The reps were very supportive. Explained the process and the oil change package. The package includes an oil change, tire rotation and car wash. My car came back without the car wash. I did not feel like waiting for the car wash after being at the shop for 3 hours.

The end result was great. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. However, in regard to the add on purchases. When a client says they don’t want to purchase something, that’s just what it is. They choose not to purchase all the extras. To be told “well they may not want to sell you the car if you don’t get it” is absolutely insane. You can’t make me pay for anything I don’t want. At that point I felt like I was being bullied into purchasing something other than the car. I did in fact purchase ONLY what I wanted. Which solidified what I already knew. I didn’t have to purchase anything except the car. Still, presenting a receipt summary with all these added packages before explaining or asking me if I want it. That’s not good business. That’s trying to get over on a customer. I had the things I didn’t want removed. Once it was removed I did feel the tension. Nevertheless, I didn’t let it ruin my moment.

I’m very disappointed in how my experience was. I completed my deal with the team and wasn’t able to finalize the transaction because it was late and the dealership was closing. So I was told to take the car and come back in the morning to finish paper work. When I came back in the morning the GM met with me to tell me the deal was not happening and he has to go up 3k on the purchase and if I did not like it than we do not have a deal. The way it was handled was very unprofessional and I was very disappointed in the entire situation. If I would have finished the paper work the night before I would have saved 3k on the purchase. It was not my fault the systems were not working properly and got screwed out of the deal

The waiting room is fine, comfortable chairs, but a 2 hour wait for an oil change when you’re one of the first ones there (7:20am appointment) is the only complaint I have. Do I want to continue driving from Baytown every-time, no, but I do it for my warranty. Love the oil change package, and while I asked for the complimentary car wash, it wasn’t done this last time which was fine as i took care of it the same day.

Dereck Cummings is an outstanding salesman very professional. He listened to what I wanted on the vehicle. Dereck also provided suggestions on gas versus diesel fuel. He explained the additional items such as Detect it and Demontrond warranty forever. Dereck was patient, thoughtful and kind. He never rushed my thought process or pushed any products on me. I always refer friends and family to Dereck when they are in need of vehicles. This is my second purchase from Dereck. On the day I came in to sign all the paperwork, Javier stepped up and was also very professional during Dereck's absent on the day of signing. He encouraged me to take the test drive, when I didn't want to. While I have your attention, I use your service department for all my oil changes and vehicle repairs. The customer service quality has changed. The young men are too busy to speak with me when I am on site. The phones ring constantly, if placed on hold well I am just there until I decide to hang up. I understand this generation of employees are techno, but there are still dinosaurs who spend money and deserve better one on one service. Or they could at least act like the customers are important when they arrive for service to the vehicles. The sales team is OUTSTANDING. I wish all the service technicians were like Mike Tabers. Ms. Vickey is also very helpful. As a manager I understand the choices are limited when it comes to hiring employees who are polite, who will listen, who will offer suggestions to your customers and who come to work daily. I just need your service department to understand that I have a choice on where I spend my dollars. I would like to continue choosing Demontrond for the needs of my vehicles.

Christian, the young salesman who worked with me was very patient, helpful, and courteous. I had numerous conversations over a period of two weeks both in person and on the phone. He never lost patienous with me. The manager who was in the office with Christian was also very helpful and courteous. Over all it was a pleasant and fair sale. Took my truck in for a few minor fixes and it turned into a nightmare. I took my truck in for a diesel leak, oil leak, and glow plug replacement. I specifically told the service team what was causing the two leaks as I have had that issue before with the delaership I used for service. They either don't put the gasket in or they screw the filters in crooked. I fixed the issue myself last time but figured I would just have the dealership fix it since they were already going to have it for the glow plug. Somehow, that turned into me having to buy a new battery, needing a new air filter because someone put a clogged filter in my truck, and having to replace my entire engine due the mechanic not knowing what they were doing. I was without my truck for almost three months and I am still having issues. I did get it back twice during this time (one day each time) and the first time it still had the leak that I took it in for. The second time I got it back it had a service brake system light. Now, I keep getting messages from Onstar that my battery and/or starter is having issues. Again, a problem that I did not have before I took it in. Now the manager is saying that this had nothing to do with them and they will not honor fixing my vehicle or giving me a loaner. I got rid of my last truck at 325K and I never had any major engine or transmission work done on that truck before selling it. I take very good care of my vehicles and this dealership absolutely destroyed mine. It will likely never be the same after they touched it. I will only use the dealership until my warranty is up and then I will never use them another day in my life. The service has been so bad that I don't even know if I will buy another GMC or Buick ever again and that is all my family drives. We may have to swithch to Ford.

My rating is for Juan and the sales Manager who took care of me. They were pleasant and good to work with. That said, I do have a minor concern. I was billed $475 by the dealer for a "dealer installed" floor liner package for 1st, 2nd & 3rd rows. The liners for my Yukon Elevation were not installed. And, honestly, that is not acceptable. Juan made the effort to find them but could not...so can someone please find them. I really want them...

Hey folks, first off - great experience at my recent service. Adam did an exceptional job - communication was superb, service was prompt. On a previous visit a tech broke the oil filler which caused a huge oil leak. It has taken a few trips back to get that cleaned up. On upon arrival to get my car serviced with a manufacturing warranty part (my passenger back door never opened from the day I bought it) I patiently waited to get it serviced with my first oil change. So the first oil change is here and I am told the part needs to be ordered and it would take approximately 2 weeks to come in, no problem! The service guy helping me that day sent me a message to “keep me updated”. About 3 weeks later I haven’t heard anything on the part and I decided to reach out and all of a sudden the part will be here tomorrow. So I further schedule an appointment to get that taken care of. The day of the appointment I waited about 2 hours for the piece to be fixed and when I left I noticed I did not have any sound in my car. So I pull off of 45 and turn it off and back on a couple of times and absolutely no sound. I then call the service guy that was helping me that day and he tells me to just bring it back up so they could look at it. Turns out, the system needs to be flashed. But guess what? They are fixing to close so it will have to be tomorrow. So I have my husband drive an hour to come grab me to so I could leave my car there over night with the expectation the vehicle will be hooked to the computer first thing the next morning. Turns out, I showed up about noon that Saturday to the bs they haven’t even started the flash yet and it takes 2 hours to run. But the service guy says “about 30 more minutes” mind you, I’m a mom and have a toddler with me in this waiting area for service. So every 30 mins I’m checking with him to see how much longer over and over. They close at 3 pm that day and about 2:55 I see my car pull under the middle covered part and so I meet the guy at the door, (white, taller longer hair guy) and was greeted with him holding my key out to me and I said “is everything good to go” and he responded with “yup” was an extremely unprofessional was to hand a costumer their keys. I have been a repeat client of demontrond gmc and have bought some of the top of the line vehicles from yall. But if this is how the service department is going to be then I will gladly take my business elsewhere. The lack of communication and professionalism is quite concerning.

I recently went in for an interval oil change and tire rotation. I wanted to also inquire about getting some new tires. Service Representative Vikki Nannenga helped me with process of getting me the tires I wanted. She went the extra mile (pun intended) in getting me the best tire deal as she informed of the buy three get one free tire special promotion, and I should take advantage of this deal because it would expire at the end of month. DeMontrond has always provided me with excellent service sine my 2020 GMC Sierra SLT truck purchase. It's reassuring there are still a few dealerships that still give personalized service, which DeMontrond provides.

Drew and Veronica were awesome people (Hospitality, and conversation), but making the best offer for the customer was made by me. I visited a ford dealer and Chevrolet dealer in the days before and they matched or beat what carvana offered for my vehicle and I feel that helps me the consumer which makes all this possible but this dealer under bid for the safety in the market not considering the one which suffers the most the American consumer (the worker who pays for the product) “ the small guy” loses again and that could have changed I believe with greater effort from all the small guys who were working that memorial day!

This is my 4th time bring my truck in, and they can't fix the vibration in the sterling wheel. They have changed the tires, and it worked for 1,500 miles and started right back up. I don't understand why they are not looking at the suspension, Now I'm waiting on a loaner and if they can't fix it, I want my money back. I bet they won't post this.

Very thankful that demontrond was willing to help work on my 2001 gmc when no one else would help. I was told the problem was fixed paid $1300.00 but when I picked it up i said it was still doing the same thing I brought it in for but my concerns were dismissed had to pull over several times on the way home when the truck went into limp mode. I really can't make a fuss because of the circumstances with the age of the truck. I am really disappointed because I was hoping this would be the end of this problem I wish the service department wouldn't have not got my hopes up but I do thank them for the chance to help

The guy said he would call me in an hour for my truck. I waited there and I didn't get a call. I didn't get my name called until 2 1/2 Hrs. later. When I pulled in the dealership, My two front tire sensors were working. When I left,they weren't . The time before that, the guy called me asked why I didn't give a review and I told him why. My tires weren't rotated and he asked how I know, I told him both rear sensors didn't work, also I didn't wash my front rims too see if they would rotate my tires. After I explained to the guy, he said, "Understood sir. and hung up. Now back to this last time, I told the guy oil change only. He then proceeded to ask for my wheel key. I told him again. All I want is the oil change, but if they don't listen, my wheel lock key is right here. Again, why start an argument when all that would be said is, it's about that time to replace them anyway. That's why I just left. Like it or not, I'll be back for my next oil change.

There was no organization in the sales department. They would not listen to what I wanted and just showed me trucks. Then when I did find a truck to fit my payments it was not the one I was shown. The finance department was the only reason I ended up buying a truck.

We had a leaking sunroom replaced because it was causing water to pool up underneath the drivers side carpet. The sunroof was replaced and the carpet was replaced but they didn’t bother to replace the moldy insulation under the carpet so the entire car smells horrible. If the interior was all pulled out why couldn’t the team take the extra step to replace the moldy insulation? We spent nearly $4,000 to have this repair done. I would have gladly paid for some insulation as well.

My service rep was great, but the service performed is just poor and they know they can get away with it because they off the warranty forever. They never top off any fluids. I had an oil change and yet no washer fluid is topped off or anything. My truck had oil residue in it because it reeked of used oil. I used to do this as a profession. We would top off all fluids, is it really that hard to make up some soapy water to fill the washer reservoir? My first oil change here they topped off my def, washer fluid, made the tire pressures even, absolute 5 star service. Now it’s just blah.

Brought my 2023 GMC 2500 Denali in three times to repair a leak in transmission. On third visit Service Advisor Troy showed me a service notice from GMC regarding this known issue. Tried cheap fix twice then real repair last time. I guess GMC/DeMontrond is ok with inconveniencing customers over and over.

Came in for an oil change before my out of state trip. While on my trip a message on my dash board said "Oil change due soon". I received a diagnostic message stating that I only had 3 percent of oil remaining. Since we were out of state can you imagine how my husband and I were experiencing a stressful situation. I was able to schedule maintenance om my 2014 Acadia the very next day with no problems or excuses. The point of contact, Mr Joel was very courteous and prompt. I will definatly get all my service at your Dealership. I told my Joel about my last experience earlier in July when I was visiting Friends and Family in San Antonio, it was a nightmare. My Acadia overheated and I located the nearest GMC dealerhip that was Cavender GMC on 1604 and 281 and scheduled service for the next morning at 7:00 AM. I towed vehicle there on a Wednesday evening and got a rental. Friday afternoon I returned and they did service my vehicle, they ran a diagnostic check for $199.00 which I did not ask for and had not done anything to repair my problem. Instead I was presented a 2 page list of repairs totaling over $15,000.00! By that time I had returned the Rental and had to speak with the Service Manager to get them to complete the repairs I had originally asked for Wednesday. The Manager got me a Loaner and promised the vehicle would be done by Saturday (next day) afternoon. The next day I took back the Loaner and my vehicle was repaired as promised. Before I left, I told the Manager that if they had done the repair as I requested I might have allowed them to complete some of the repairs they suggested due to my having an extended warranty on my vehicle. But due to them pressuring the "Upselling" of unnecessary repairs at my vulnerable moment, I chose to go back to Spring and having a dealership that listens to me perform any other needed maintenance and repairs. That being said, I have been service by your Dealership twice, once for an air bag recall and second for my a/c recharge. Both times I was listened to and never pressured for unneeded repairs. Furthermore my charges for service performed were given beforehand with no surprise and my vehicle was even washed!! Well done!

Recommended a $2600 AC repair, after finding low Freon (refilled). The AC had been repaired in 2024 by the same service department. Declined the repair (and I was charged $199 for diagnostics). I took it to a different certified service center…which found nothing wrong. My vehicle AC is working fine.

We found our Yukon online and called the dealership, and luckily Steave was the one who picked up. From the moment we told him we wanted to purchase the vehicle, he jumped on it to make the process as smooth as possible. Since we were driving in from San Antonio and would be arriving late, he did everything he could to prepare and expedite things ahead of our arrival. Steave was incredibly transparent throughout—sharing the sales price, fees, and trade-in value for my Mazda up front, and nothing changed after inspection when we got there. He went above and beyond in walking us through the vehicle, taking time to thoroughly explain all the features and even setting up the MyGMC app for us. With so much technology in the Yukon, it can feel overwhelming, but I felt so much more confident leaving the dealership with his training. What really stood out was his attention to detail and responsiveness—he had the Yukon waiting for us at the front of the dealership when we arrived, which made the experience even more exciting. He was quick to reply to every message I sent him and always made me feel like I was in good hands. I’m very grateful Steave was our salesperson, and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle without hesitation. I also want to mention that the Sales Manager personally came out to greet us, which we appreciated, and the Finance Manager was equally fantastic. From beginning to end, this was a wonderful car-buying experience with everyone we worked with, but especially with Steave.

My experience was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, I took my Sierra truck to get the air-conditioning fix, they got my truck for 2 days, and on the second day they told me that it was fix, I drove out and the air-conditioning was still not blowing cool air, I went back to told the adviser, but it sounds like He did not care about giving me a wrong information when He told me that it was fix. I only buy my truck a month ago. I end up taking my Truck somewhere else.

Unfortunately my experience at the dealership has been less than inspiring. I've had to return several times for what I thought was a new vehicle. I would also say that when compared to my previous dealership (Sewell) there is no comparison. Just one example being the admissions process for when I drop off my truck. Sewell has people ready and on standby, whereas Demontrond has a long drawn out process that appears short on staff. As a result I need to wait quite a while every time I drop off my vehicle (which has been far too often).

I brought in my 2012 GMC Yukon due to an electrical issue. I initially brought it to the Conroe location, as that is where I live. Let's say I was unhappy with the attitude and "wiggle room" allotted to a Yukon customer. My warranty was set to expire 4 business days from the time I brought the vehicle in, so accommodations needed to be made as to how quickly the vehicle could be seen and diagnosed, in order to process the claim in time. The Conroe Location was unwilling to do this. Fine. I do understand that "first in, first out" is the SOP. However..this was a unique situation. This is my families only car. I need it for work, and obviously my wife needs it for the kids. Fast forward to DeMontrond Spring, and Troy Robinson. From the first phone call, Troy was responsive, empathetic, and earnest. He moved quickly to get the vehicle into the shop, diagnosed, and educated me on what to do every step of the way. In short, the only thing I needed to do was drop the car off, and he took care of the rest. And this is what I (and you should too) expect. Troy is and old soul who understands that effort and willingness goes a long way. Demontrond of Spring should be aware of this outstanding employee.

I dropped it off early for a 730a appointment. At 230 my rep said it would be ready at 3. Upon arrival and even after receiving my paperwork and about to get in the truck (from another person), I was informed that the recall was not completed because of some computer error and I would have to bring it back. I live 45 mins from the shop. I was not happy. Why let me know it would be ready when not. I had to drive back Tuesday and take another day from work. A porter did drive it back but just poor communication between the tech and the rep and this was not captured in the notes on my receipt. Super annoying. And cost me 2 days of work.

I took my vehicle for service. My vehicle need it an engine and at first everything was fine, but then the service advisor Troy never communicated with me. I had to call the dealership to get updates on my vehicle. Then he said it need it a new starter, I had yo go buy it myself and bring it to him so they could continue working on my vehicle. After that, he didn't communicated again until I called again. It was already 3 months that they had my vehicle, never asked if I need a Loaner vehicle while they had vehicle being service, it was a big job and I spent a lot of money. I'll never used this dealership again, it was just a bad experience because I had to bring back my vehicle because they also messed up my power steering cylinder, and that was another 2 more weeks and he didn't had the courtesy to call that the vehicle was ready until I called again.

I was told the car was washed as a service to the customers. When I received the car, it was very dirty and the hood was oily. The service person took it to get I washed and it came back dry as can be. The hood was wiped, not washed. I also to ask the front TPMS tire sensors to be reset, both had no readings. Once they were reset, they worked fine. Not the service I expected.

I recently brought my 2023 Chevy Suburban to this dealership after a check engine light appeared when an OBD scanner was connected. The service team quickly claimed the serial data gateway module was bad and quoted me $685.98 for replacement. What bothered me most was how pressured I felt to authorize the repair on the spot. There was little explanation, no printed diagnostic report, and no clear evidence that the part had actually failed. It felt like a “just trust us” situation. After I requested a lot more information, they then emailed me some of the info. They then worked on the problem a little more and found nothing wrong, and it was an issue on their end. Everything was working fine. If I had approved the repair, I would’ve paid nearly $700 for something I didn’t need. This experience hurt my trust in their service department. Customers shouldn’t be pressured into costly repairs without transparency or proof. I hope management takes this as feedback to improve communication and diagnostic accuracy, so others don’t go through the same thing.

I had a lousy experience on this visit to service my truck. It all started at the beginning when I pulled up, there was nobody around to assist waiting customers. Customers were sitting inside their vehicles waiting for their advisor to show up. After a 15 min wait I was finally attended too. I had come in for routine maintenance. I told my advisor if they can look at my backup sensors as they were not beeping as I approached an obstacle. He said he would. After a hour and half wait, Once my truck was complete, I observed the mechanic drive it up to the pick up area but nobody came to let me know my truck was ready to go. 10-minutes later I decided to ask another advisor (my advisor had gone for lunch). He told me he can’t help me right now. So I sat down again for another 10-mins and I asked another advisor who eventually assisted me. I inquired from the new service advisor about my backup sensors, he told me the mechanics never had a look at it as they were busy. That was disappointing to hear. Further, I overheard another customer who was in the same situation I was in. The advisor told him to report to one Mr. Campbell who is apparently the service manager. I told my advisor too I wasnt happy with how I was treated and he told me to report to the service manager. It appears the employees at this location were overworked and they kept taking out their frustration on the customers. The service manager is ultimately responsible for leading his team and if he can’t do that he should be questioned about it. Overall, I was not happy as to how I was treated. I hope this will be fixed and resolved.

Wasn't expecting much due to my pass experience. Poor service and customer service as always. 30-40 minutes wait when arrived,No customer service at all to be checked in, So i decided to just left my keys with a worker that was walking by, 10/9/25 @ 5:30 pm. Didn't call to let me know vehicle was ready ,I had to reach out to asked if service was completed. it took over a month to get my car back and then my windshield sunshade was missing when I picked up my car. Also the ANTENNA WAS BROKEN OFF MY CAR WHEN I TOOK IT TOTHE DEALERSHIP TO GET MY OIL CHANGED IT WAS NEVER REPLACE BY THE DEALERSHIP BUT WAS REPLACED WHEN MY CAR WAS DAMAGE PAID FOR WITH MY INSURANCE.

Tre was professional and polite. When I received my car on the way home I noticed that the passenger seat was in a different position and that it was very dirty. When I got home I found that the vest for my dog (that attaches to the seat belt ) had been thrown into the back floor board. When I registered these complaints to Tre he said that the next time I was in they he would see that I got a free detail on my car and explained to me what had to be done for the a/c repairs.

My service representative did the best job that she could considering the circumstances. She was more than willing to help however, the limitations of the business lead to a less than perfect score. Despite the fact that I pre-ordered my windshield wipers so that they will be available on the day of service, I was told that the windshield wipers were not available. This was extremely disheartening as when I called to make the appointment. I was very clear about having this expectation as part of my service so that I can get everything done at one time. Despite my best efforts, the company was not able to give me two new windshield wipers. It was only able to provide one which I still had to pay for despite the fact that I have to come back again to get my other windshield wiper replaced. This led to a lesson stellar rating

Went for my 1st maintenance visit. They finished the service and then my car was just sitting there for 15 minutes so i asked about it and they said my service person was at lunch. So they nicely gave me my keys and let me leave and said the service person would email me a receipt. I never got the receipt though but seems like everything was in order in the car. Overall 4/5 stars since didn't get receipt and i had to wait 15 minutes.

inItially the dealer James Dang ran a hard but fair bargain on the truck. He was informative, helpful and engaging. Once it was clear that I was only going to accept a better deal on the purchase and my trade in, we were able to come to an agreement. Mr. Dang is a credit to the folks at Houston Demondtron GMC, he is very knowledgeable and respectful. He not only answered all of my questions but the questions of my family members who were present making the purchase of a $100k dollar truck an easier pill to swallow. 11/10 Stars, that ma needs a raise and promotion. I have always had a great experience except this time. They had to order a tire for me and said it would be in on that Monday. I told them I would be in the next morning as I was told it would take an hour. I waited for over an hour than was told it would take all day. They sent me home by Uber. My husband was out of town so I was not able to pick my vehicle up until he go home on Thursday. This was very inconvenient and I ended up missing more work than needed.

Warranty forever is a joke, I got my truck new 5 years ago, took it for maintenance and oil changes and after 5 years my transmission started to act up and now the transmission is not covered because in 2024 I was out of town and didn't took it for a motor oil change for 6 months which has nothing to do with the transmission

I brought my truck in to have the windshield replaced. The installers did not put my dash cam back up and the wires hanging down. They did not clean the windshield and left hand prints as well as an imprint of the installation suction cups. Worst of all someone at DeMontrond damaged my vehicle and now it’s sitting in your body shop being repaired. I kept hearing the phrase, “it isn’t that bad”. That is not acceptable. It shouldn’t have happened to begin with. I appreciate that my service advisor and your service manager handled everything professionally and expeditiously, but I repeat, it should not have happened to begin with. I hope the repairs are done so there is no evidence of damage. If it doesn’t look like new, it will be done again. Absolutely a dissatisfied customer.

Really disappointing. Forgetting about the fact that my supposedly new car has been into the dealership several times for issues, this most recent visit was the worst experience thus far. Brining the car in for a faulty battery and a slow leak, it appears neither was addressed as promised. The battery has been an issue for a while, as it died once when I went to pick it up and James had to bring the remote jump starter to get it going, it dies again at my house for no reason. In light of this I asked for it to be replaced, and was told by Joel that they would. After I got the truck home I checked and it was quite clearly the same battery as when I brought it in. He also assured me that the tire had been repaired, but yet 1 day after getting home the tire has a warning again for being at 28 psi and dropping. Continued follow-ups with Joel on the 1-855-680-4394 have been either ignored or not responded to. Unfortunately this is now forcing me to find a service provider that will be more responsive.

This was a terrible experience for my family and I. Apparently one of the issues that needed to be corrected is something I started being the car in for soon after purchasing it. I was told another time I brought the car in that you couldn’t find anything wrong and I needed proof. I gather proof and bring it in again and I’m told now you’ll order parts and call me when they get in. I call back two months later after never receiving a call and you don’t know what I’m talking about. Then a leak happens and now I can’t drive the car so it’s towed and it takes a lot of fighting, daily stress, money charged from my card for the rental that should not have been, fighting to get things fixed that I was told back in September you would fix then in November you wouldn’t because even though I provided a video your shop said they couldn’t recreate it. I feel badly for Vikki because some of these issues sound like they were out of her control but she had to be the one to deal with me and it was all terrible. My brakes are still squealing and I still have to wait for $300+ to be reimbursed to me at a time when money is tight. All in all this is definitely a 1 star experience for me and I would not recommend anyone get a GMC or any vehicle from a demontrond dealership. No one has made any efforts to apologize or reach out or see how my vehicle is performing now. I would never treat a client this way.

I usually see James which he has been great. Minerva is nice but my truck sat there for one hour before it was taking to the back for the oil change. I also did not received the text message detailing service until a hour later. I kept on checking my truck and it sat there then I noticed my truck was left with the engine turned on. I had to turn it off myself. After I spoke to Minerva a hour later then my vehicle was taken to the back for the oils change changed. She did provide 25% but I had a coupon for 13%off and topped off my gas tank but I had it on full tank. For the inconvenience of leaving my truck on. Now I had the check engine light come on and my battery is drained and not properly functioning. Looks like now I need a new battery. She may have lots of going on or talks to customers but no reason to leave my truck engine on and wait for a hour to be taken to the back for the oil changed. When asked she said it was an issue with the computer finding my VIN number. Better communication can be held with customer and now I have the issue with my battery. And need a replacement.

Troy did a very good job. Your technicians did not. 1.) Initial diagnostic missed a key element, so once I picked up the truck when it was "fixed", it was not completely fixed. I had to take it back to the dealership. 2.) Once I picked my truck up for the second time, I realized that the plastic/chrome plate on the passenger rear view mirror wasn't on. I had to turn around, again, and go get the truck fixed, again. 3 visits to get my truck fixed over a 2-week time period is not acceptable. Troy did his best to alleviate the issues caused, but I am not satisfied with Demontrond GMC's service in this instance. I had to pay $2000 for all of it.
